This was on a few forums a few weeks ago I got it from l4E
just been walking thru town (liverpool) when gem walks past me, this is roughyl how the convo went
me "GEM!"
he turns round, we shake hands and that (at this point i have about a million questions going thru me head!)
me "hows it going? what u doing round here?"
gem "good man, im just trying to get rid of a hangover"
me "hows the album coming along" (and of all the those questions, yes, i asked one i knew the answer to! icon_rolleyes.gif jesuslol.gif )
gem "its good. done and dusted. out in september"
me "whats it like. none all that acoustic stuff like the last one is it"
gem "its rocking man. what d'ya think"
me "whats it gonna be called"
gem (thinks for half a second) "dig up your soul"
me "thats bollocks that, its not called that!"
he sorta laughed and was inching away, so i just said "when ya coming back to liverpool then"
and he said "were back in october, first gig of the tour"
me "really, where?"
gem "in the big new place, youve just built"
me "the echo arena"
gem "thats the one"
me"are you having me on"
gem shakes me hand and goes "a fiver on it"
me "class, well good luck with it all"
and with that he was off!
